Rice Villa is a comfortable villa set high on Spy Glass Hill, in the northwest end of Tortola, British Virgin Islands.The villa overlooks the island of Jost Van Dyke and is an excellent value. This mountainside villa is a seven minute drive to the beach or an eight minute drive to shops. The two bedrooms, two bath villa can accommodate up to four guests and children are welcome.

The covered patio has outdoor dining, as well as a BBQ grill. The private swimming pool is 30' x 9' and has steps on one end. The panoramic ocean views from the veranda engulf you in beauty.

Each of the two bedrooms has a private bath. The master bedroom has a double bed and is attached to the main house. The master bath has tub and an alfresco shower. The second bedroom is in a bungalow attached to the main house through the covered patio. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed.

The Great Room consists of the gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, island sink and is completely furnished with utensils. A private chef can be arranged. The living room is adorned with wicker furniture and overlooks the veranda. The dining room also opens to the patio to give extra dining options. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes cool the villa. Wifi internet access is available at Rice House.

These US$ rates are weekly (seven nights). 10% service charge and 7% BVI tax are additional charges. Maid service twice weekly is included in the rates.
