With 360 degree, panoramic views from every point in the house, Spy Glass Villa faces north and east overlooking North Sound on Virgin Gorda. Covered porches, sunny terraces, and patios border two sides of the home, guaranteeing plenty of space to enjoy the view in quiet privacy. Grouped seating abounds as well, allowing everyone to converge for an al fresco meal, a dip in the freshwater pool, or a backyard BBQ.

Inside, the great room's 30-foot ceiling recalls the scale of the outdoors, while naturally cooling the space year round. The open plan design incorporates the living and dining areas, and flows easily into the kitchen. Couches and chairs surrounds the modern entertainment center with cable TV, VCR and a CD/tape player.

The formal dining area accommodates six people. The full kitchen is just off the great room, and includes everything a cook might need: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and oven, ice maker, and much more.

Each air conditioned bedroom has incredible views of the ocean. The two master bedrooms each have private baths, private patios, and a desk and chair. The eastern suite has a king bed, while the western has a queen.

The lower floor efficiency apartment has a private patio, kitchenette and private bath. Cooled by trade winds and ceiling fans, this third bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and offers lovely views from its own living room.

Many activities are easily accessible from the villa. A minute's walk is a lovely private beach. Several other beaches, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, parasailing, horseback riding, tennis, and more are all available at the Leverick Bay Resort, just a three minute walk away.
