Perched
dramatically on a hillside overlooking the North Sound,
Sea Dream Villa boasts spectacular ocean views. A wide
verandah wraps around the seaward side of the home,
with plush lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area.
A
large deck borders the freshwater pool, balancing the
shaded seating with plenty of sun. Inside, the spacious,
airy great room welcomes guests in traditional Caribbean
style, with colorful upholstery and traditional artwork
throughout.
Designed
to be as light and open as possible, the great room
includes the living area and kitchen in an open plan,
with large sliding glass doors to let in the cool ocean
breezes. The living room centers around the modern entertainment
center, which includes a TV, VCR, and stereo system.
A breakfast bar divides the kitchen and living room,
with stools for casual meals or entertaining. A full
table and chairs are on the covered patio, allowing
guests to dine while viewing the spectacular Caribbean
sunset. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with
modern appliances.
Each
of the three bedrooms offers lovely ocean views with
private access to covered verandahs. The huge master
suite is just off the great room, with a king bed, deluxe
private bath, and a walk-in closet. With sliding glass
doors on two walls, the room almost seems part of the
landscape; the ocean is just a breath away.
Two
other bedrooms are located on the lower level, with
convenient access to the pool deck. One, furnished with
a king bed, has a private patio, and is decorated in
Caribbean prints. It shares a bathroom with the third
bedroom, which can be furnished either with twin beds
or a king bed.
Conveniently
located near many of Virgin Gorda's attractions, Sea
Dream is ideal for the active vacationer. Leverick Bay
Resort is just a short distance away, and includes access
to tennis, scuba diving, a full service spa, and much
more. World class snorkelling is accessible from anywhere
on Leverick Bay, and other water sports (including kayaking,
deep sea fishing, and more) are simple to arrange. Restaurants,
shopping, wi-fi internet access and night life are also
nearby.
