Island Magic Villa is footsteps from the white sands of Mahoe Bay Beach. Spectacular views from both inside and outside the villa make this home special. Wi-fi internet access is available and a shared tennis court is near the villa.

The villa boasts four spacious master air conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private entrance and a furnished private balcony with ocean views.

The vaulted Great Room has two walls of sliding doors opening to the open air center of the villa and the stunning vanishing edge freshwater pool. The open plan area consists of an indoor dining area plus a living room with a complete entertainment section, library and games. There are two dining areas: indoor and outdoor.

Every room is decorator designed with specially selected furnishings and hand painted tiles in soothing Caribbean hues. The generous sundeck around the dramatic vanishing horizon pool is the open air center of the property; the ideal place to view breathtaking sunsets and stunning panoramic ocean views.

Comfortable deck chairs and lounges invite you to sunbathe, while the unique open-air pavilion with its convenient wet bar offers opulent shaded comfort, complete with overstuffed chaises and hammock.
