guests with its one level floor plan and access
ramp into the house.

Villa has 5500 sf of space to accommodate up to
ten guests; comfortably sleeping in five air conditioned
bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and
private bathrooms. The third bedroom has two queen
beds and private bathroom.
The
fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a double
size trundle bed. The fifth bedroom doubles as
a private apartment, with king bed, bathroom and
kitchenette, and a covered balcony and entrance.
Christa
has a huge living and dining/kitchen area featuring
a high wood beamed ceiling, and, as in the rest
of the villa, is furnished with opulent rattan
and tropical Caribbean art.

villa sits on top of a small hill (affording the
views and breezes), but is only a five minute
stroll from the beach, tennis, and other fine
amenities of Leverick Bay Resort and Marina.

Wind Villa, a four bedroom vacation
home, is located near Christa Villa. The combined
residences have a total of nine bedrooms and are
ideal for large groups or family reunions.
