Anniversary House villa sits on a hilltop with magnificent ocean views, made all the more enjoyable with outdoor dining and living spaces. This location is very private and quiet.

With three pavilions set in tropical gardens, the four bedroom, five bath accommodation is suitable for small groups or large families.

The Great Room houses the dining area and includes a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with a Viking gas range, wet bar with ice maker, and a full set of glassware, cutlery, and cookware. The furnishings are a blend of wicker, leather and antiques. There is a large verandah with outdoor dining and cooking wrapped around three sides of the villa

The two attached pavilions are screened, air conditioned accommodations with four poster beds, a private deck, television and stereo, and separate baths. A horizon pool offers an impressive viewpoint for the dramatic ocean views.
