Apartments have a common wall adjoining another unit, similar to a duplex, townhouse or condominium. Studio apartments have a living room, kitchenette, and bedroom in the same area.

Cottages and Villas are free standing, separate from other units. These rentals range from one to six bedrooms. ("BR" indicates the number of bedrooms.) Guests using part of a larger villa can get discounted rates if they occupy fewer bedrooms. Details are listed for each property.
