Chenay Bay Beach Resort has
cottages nestled on 30 acres overlooking a long white sandy beach. The
resort has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts. Duty free shopping
is available three miles east at Christiansted. Five minutes away are
two more secluded beaches. Excellent snorkeling is off the beach and
guests can kayak to Green Cay, a small island nature preserve right
in front of the Chenay Bay beach. Guests enjoy complimentary snorkeling, ocean kayaking, sunfish sailing,
floating mats for the beach and pool, volleyball and tennis. Chenay
Bay is convenient to scuba diving, deep sea fishing, golf, sailing,
parasailing and horseback riding. Garden View Cottages have tropical
views. Oceanview Cottages are closer
to the beach. Oceanfront Cottages
are footsteps from the sand. Family Cottages
consist of two cottages connecting. The Cruzan Kids program (children 4-12) is US$ 30 per child daily for
a half day. Babysitting can be arranged for younger children. These US$ rates are per night, per cottage. The 10% service charge
and a 8% government tax are extra. Children under 18 stay free in parents
room. A third adult in the room over 19 years pays $25 nightly. |

The "Down by the Bay" restaurant
and bar are open for three meals daily. Entertainment five nights weekly
features the island's best calypso and steel pan bands. Theme nights
include the Island Pig Roast and West Indian buffet, Pasta, and Seafood
Nights.
Each air conditioned cottage
has a private porch and is equipped with a kitchenette, ceiling fan,
radio, cable television, microwave, coffee maker, direct dial telephone
and mini bar. One king or two double beds are in the bedroom area.
A special Honeymoon
Package (US$ 300 per couple plus the cottage rates) includes:
flowers and champagne on arrival; his and hers tee shirts; rental car
for one day; passes to Whim Plantation and St. George Botanical Gardens;
half day snorkelling trip to Buck Island; one picnic basket for two;
taxi to Christiansted for a day of shopping; and a special gift from
the resort.
From 5 January to 31 March 04, the
6th and 7th nights of stay are free. Guests get a food and beverage
credit of US$ 100 weekly. Children 18 and under stay free. Children
