Blazing Villas are located at Pineapple Beach, on the northeast part of St. Thomas. The six four-bedroom villas are on the grounds of the former Renaissance Grand Beach Resort. The property has a freshwater swimming pool and beach access.

All rooms at Blazing Villas have air conditioning and ceiling fans, cable television, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The direct dial telephone has voice mail, the bathroom has a hair dryer, and a privacy fenced patio with awning shaded area and sundeck. VCR rentals are available for US$ 7 daily including unlimited video rentals from the hotel library.

Garden Rooms (216 sq. ft) have a large dressing area, private bath with shower, kitchenette, walk in closet, and one king or two double beds.

Three Bedroom Villas are equipped with a kitchen with full sized refrigerator-freezer, four burner stove with oven, blender and spice rack. There are king beds in the master and second bedrooms, and two double beds in the third bedroom. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper and the bathroom has both shower and tub.
