Nestled into the hillside overlooking Dawn Beach is the luxurious
Princess Heights, on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The hotel
has a fitness room and swimming pool. The is beach across
the street. The town of Philipsburg, restaurants, and duty
free shops are nearby. The
concierge desk can arrange horseback riding, fishing trips,
scuba diving, snorkelling excursions, day trips, and car rentals.

special amenities available at an additional cost are: baby
sitting; continental breakfast; groceries stocked in the suite
before arrival; limited room service; picnic baskets; massages;
chaise lounges and umbrellas at Dawn beach; VCR and DVD rentals;

Suites at Princess Heights have marble floors, clay tiled
terraces, spacious living and dining area, ocean views, and
a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The lavish
bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and hair dryer. All units have
central air conditioning with individual climate control,
ceiling fans, cable television, direct dial telephone, and
in-room safe.
Deluxe Studio Apartments (400 sq ft) have a private
terrace, ocean views, king bed, kitchenette, roll-away bed
in the living area, and bathroom with shower and tub.

are on a single level. The bedroom has a king bed, private
balcony with ocean views, and a full bathroom with whirlpool
tub. The living room has a queen sofabed and an additional
half bath.

Bedroom Suites have a loft bedroom with king bed,
private balcony with ocean views, and full bath with whirlpool
tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and second full bathroom.
The living room has a queen sofabed. The private balcony off
the living room views St Barths and the Caribbean sea.
