Galleon Beach Cottages overlook English Harbour at the southeast
side of Antigua. The resort is near Shirley Heights and is
a free water taxi away from the shops and attractions of the
historic Nelson's Dockyard area.
There
are a restaurant and bar, and a quarter mile of white sand
beach. Guests enjoy complimentary tennis, windsurfing, sunfish
sailing, and snorkeling. Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, yacht
charters, or horseback riding can be arranged at an extra
charge
The
28 one-and-two bedroom cottages all have a full kitchen, living
room/dining room area, a sofa sleeper with double bed, patio
or balcony and ceiling fans. Kitchens are equipped with a
stove, refrigerator/freezer, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware.
One
Bedroom Cottages have two twin beds or one king bed,
and a private bath.
